Scope of these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website, use a free resource, read an educational guide, complete the AI-readiness assessment, submit an enquiry, book a discovery call, apply for a package, or follow a link from the site. “We”, “us”, and “We Solve Media” refer to We Solve Media; “you” means the person using the site and any business they are authorised to represent.
By using the site or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to submit business information, book a call, or apply for a package. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
These website terms do not themselves create a client, adviser-client, agency, partnership, or other paid service relationship. If we agree to work together, the signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or written variation governs the paid engagement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement takes priority for that engagement.
Website content and service coverage
Website content is provided for general information and may be corrected, replaced, or updated as the business and services evolve. We take care with what we publish, but website content is not tailored professional advice or a promise that a particular strategy, package, technology, feature, or result is suitable for every business.
Guides are educational content intended to help a business frame questions and make a better-informed first decision. Check any costs, platform requirements, legal obligations, and operating assumptions against your own current circumstances before acting.
Service, industry, and area pages describe common situations, possible approaches, and the regions we may support. They do not promise that every service, feature, or deliverable is available or included for every business. An area page does not represent that We Solve Media has a physical office in that place, offer territory exclusivity, or can always accept work there. We Solve Media is based in Rotorua and works with businesses across New Zealand.
Examples for professional, health, employment, financial, legal, or other regulated settings are marketing and operational examples only. They do not provide sector-specific professional advice, represent that We Solve Media holds a client’s accreditation, or transfer that business’s legal and professional responsibilities to us.
SOLVE describes our general working method. The emphasis, depth, cadence, and iteration within a cycle, the work We Solve Media performs, and each party’s responsibilities depend on the package and scope agreed in writing.
Enquiries, booking, and applications
Booking a discovery call, submitting an assessment or enquiry, or applying for Dominance does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee acceptance, or oblige either party to proceed. Discovery calls are consultation-led and there is no online checkout.
Please provide accurate, current information and only act for a business when you have authority to do so. The embedded booking calendar is operated through a third-party service and its availability, confirmation process, and separate terms also apply.
Packages, pricing, and paid work
Package prices shown on this site are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. Essentials is a templated, largely self-managed platform. Growth starts at the published “from” price and includes five implementation hours each month. If additional implementation capacity is needed, an extra bundle is discussed and agreed before it is added.
Dominance is application-only, capacity-limited, and subject to strategic and operational fit. References to “dedicated”, “priority”, or “continuous” work mean that work is actively managed within the agreed scope, priorities, access, and delivery capacity; they do not promise unlimited work, instant delivery, or round-the-clock support.
Month-to-month packages pay the listed setup fee. A 12-month agreement waives setup. Annual upfront pricing is based on ten months of the agreed base package for twelve months of service and also waives setup. Added scope, implementation bundles, advertising spend, software, licences, or other third-party costs are included only when the written proposal says they are.
Published prices, inclusions, and billing options are summaries, not a standing offer. We confirm fit, scope, timing, tax, and price in writing before work begins. Future website pricing may change, but a website update does not alter an existing signed engagement.
The service agreement records the final scope, deliverables, responsibilities, approvals, implementation-hour treatment, payment timing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, intellectual property, account access, third-party costs, and any other engagement-specific terms. Those matters should not be inferred from a website summary.
AI-readiness assessment and free resources
The free Growth Audit is an automatically generated, point-in-time report based on the business details you provide and public or technically detectable information available when the audit runs. It may include an overall score and category views covering business details, marketing technology, Google Business Profile signals, reputation, website performance and health, and a selected local-search view.
The Growth Audit is not manually verified or individually reviewed by a consultant before it is generated. It is not a complete technical or SEO audit, independent assurance, certification, competitor analysis, legal, privacy, financial, or compliance review, or a promise that every relevant issue will be identified. A tool, campaign, review, tracking method, search result, or website condition may be missed, unavailable, or different when checked again. A local-search view for a selected query does not represent the business’s entire search visibility.
You must provide accurate information and be authorised to request a report for the business. Submitting the form asks We Solve Media and its providers to generate the report, add the request to our CRM, and contact you about the audit and relevant next steps. It does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or guarantee that a recommendation, ranking, lead, or business result will follow.
The AI-readiness assessment automatically generates a result from the self-reported answers you provide. Its score, readiness band, priority category, and suggested action plan are rules-based and are not individually verified or reviewed by a person before they are displayed. They are directional educational resources, not an independent audit, certification, monitored advisory service, professional opinion, legal or compliance review, privacy, cyber-security, employment or financial assessment, or a substitute for advice about your circumstances.
A result may be incomplete if the answers do not reflect the full operating context, and the recommendations may not identify every relevant risk or next step. A result does not guarantee that an AI or automation project is suitable, accurate, safe, compliant, or likely to succeed. Keep people responsible for important decisions, verify information, and independently assess privacy, security, legal, employment, customer, and operational impacts before implementing a recommendation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to a free resource or that a submitted result can always be saved or delivered. Submitting the assessment does not require you to request contact or consent to marketing, and it does not create an advisory or paid service relationship. Assessment methods and recommendations may be updated over time, so retain a copy of any result you want to refer to later.
The Small Business Social Media Playbook is a lead magnet. To request it, you must provide a valid email address and actively agree to receive the playbook and occasional practical social media emails from We Solve Media. The consent box is not preselected. You can unsubscribe at any time, but an unsubscribe does not undo a download that has already been provided.
After a valid request, the site provides a time-limited, security-controlled download. A download grant may expire, be limited to a reasonable number of retries, or be refused where the request cannot be verified, appears automated, exceeds rate limits, or the email or download service is unavailable. Do not attempt to bypass or publicly redistribute the protected file.
Reviews, testimonials, examples, and results
Testimonials, selected work, and other examples reflect individual experiences and circumstances at the time they were provided or published. They are not a promise that another business will receive the same or a typical outcome. Third-party business names, logos, reviewer identities, and review material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and permissions.
The homepage may display a temporary cached copy of rating and review content supplied through the Google Business Profile API, or separately attributed testimonial content when that feed is unavailable. The cached copy is checked no more than once each week, replaced rather than accumulated, and not displayed or kept once it is more than 30 days old. Google controls its review platform, reviewer attribution, moderation, and availability, so ratings and review content may change between checks or be unavailable.
No guaranteed outcome or specific platform result
Marketing and growth outcomes depend on factors including the market, offer, budget, timing, demand, operations, customer experience, and implementation by all parties. We Solve Media does not guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, revenue result, or business outcome. Search engines, advertising networks, review platforms, social networks, AI vendors, and other third parties control their own systems and may change them without our involvement.
Third-party services and links
This site links to or embeds third-party services, including a booking calendar, the HighLevel / LeadConnector Growth Audit prospecting form and report infrastructure, public Google review content, and services used for hosting, security, analytics, or communications. Resend is used to process playbook contact and email-consent information. A link does not mean we control or endorse everything on the linked service. Third-party availability, content, security, data handling, and separate terms are controlled by that provider.
Google review content is handled in line with the Google Business Profile API policies and the Google Privacy Policy. When you open or interact with a third-party service, review that provider’s terms and privacy information.
Information, submissions, and communications
Our privacy notice explains what personal information the website may collect, why it is used, which providers may process it, retention and security, and your access, correction, and marketing choices.
Only submit information that you are authorised to provide. Do not include passwords, access keys, payment-card details, health information, client or employee records, trade secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in an assessment answer, booking note, email, or general enquiry. You retain any rights you hold in submitted information and permit us and the relevant service providers to process it only as needed to provide the requested interaction, operate the site, and follow the privacy notice.
A request for contact allows us to respond about that request. Submitting the Growth Audit allows us to contact you about the report and relevant next steps, but does not by itself enrol you in unrelated ongoing marketing. Marketing updates on the AI-readiness assessment are a separate, optional choice. Access to the social media playbook is conditional on the separate, explicit consent described beside its form. If you opt in through either path, you can unsubscribe using the method in the message or by contacting us.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, guide and resource content, assessment structure, and We Solve Media brand assets are owned by or licensed to We Solve Media. You may browse the site, share ordinary links, and save, print, or use your own Growth Audit, assessment result, and free resources for your internal business purposes.
The social media playbook may be downloaded and used within your own business. That permission does not transfer ownership or grant a right to upload the file publicly, resell it, use it as your own lead magnet, remove its branding, or distribute copies to a list or third party.
Without written permission, you may not sell, sublicense, substantially reproduce, republish, remove attribution from, or create a competing resource from site content, or present an assessment result as an independent certification. You may not use automated tools to extract substantial content, build a dataset, reverse engineer a resource, or train a model from the site, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our technical instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, make automated submissions, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the site or its content in a way that harms or infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our services from misuse.
Availability, reliance, and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free. To the extent New Zealand law permits, you use general website content and free resources at your own judgement and we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on them as the sole basis for a decision, or by a third-party service being changed, unavailable, or compromised.
This website clause does not replace the responsibility and liability terms agreed for paid work, and it does not exclude or limit any right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
New Zealand law and resolving concerns
These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, and Privacy Act 2020 where those laws apply.
If something is unclear or you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. This does not prevent either party from using a court, tribunal, regulator, or other remedy available under New Zealand law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the site, resources, integrations, services, or law. The current version and effective date will be published here. An update applies to website use from that point forward and does not silently rewrite an existing signed service agreement.
If part of these website terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.
